摘 要:近年来,采煤机电气系统中的连接问题较为突出。采煤机作业强度高,振动大的工作环境是导线类元件或电连接器类元件损坏的最主要的因素,特别是在薄煤层大功率采煤机中体现较为明显。其中,冷压端子和导线间的压接质量不够稳定,强振动的环境振脱导线线芯和冷压端子的现象频发。阐述了采煤机内部导线被振脱的问题和原因以及导线压接的原理,提出了保障导线压接质量的工艺措施,可提高导线压接质量的一致性,降低导线在采煤机内部被振脱的概率,减少采煤机内部因导线被振脱而发生的断联现象。In recent years,the connection problems in the electrical system of coal winning machines have become more prominent.The working environment with high operating intensity and high vibration of the coal winning machine is the main factor causing damage to wire or electrical connector components,especially in high-power coal winning machines with thin coal seams.Among them,the crimping quality between cold pressed terminals and wires is not stable enough,and the phenomenon of wire cores and cold pressed terminals being shaken off frequently in strong vibration environments.The problem and reasons of wire detachment inside the coal winning machines,as well as principle of wire crimping were elaborated on,process measures to ensure the quality of wire crimping were proposed.The consistency of wire crimping quality can be improved,the probability of wires being shaken off inside the coal winning machines can be reduced,and the disconnection and phenomenon can be reduced caused by wires being shaken off inside the coal winning machines.
