摘  要:以4-苯基乙炔基邻苯二甲酸酐(PEPA)作为封端剂,4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA),均苯四羧甲酸二酐(PMDA),3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA),3,3′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)分别作为单体制备高固体含量共聚型漆包线用聚酰亚胺(PI)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、力学性能分析、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、热重分析(TG)等探究了PEPA对聚酰胺酸(PAA)表观黏度的作用及其对PI薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:PEPA能够降低PAA的表观黏度,提高其储存性能,在表观黏度小于10.000 Pa·s且具有良好成膜性的配方中,ODA-BTDA型PI漆膜的力学性能较优异,最大拉伸强度达144.23 MPa,断裂伸长率为10.8%。Using 4-phenylacetylene phthalic anhydride(PEPA)as the end-capping agent,polyimide(PI)for high solid content copolymerization enamellated wire was prepared using 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA),homophenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(PMDA),3,3′,4,4′-benzophenone tetracarboxylic anhydride(BTDA),and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyl tetramic anhydride(BPDA)as monomers.The influence of PEPA on the apparent viscosity of polyamide acid(PAA)and its impact on the properties of PI films were investigated through Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),mechanical properties analysis,differential scanning calorimetry(DSC),and thermogravimetric analysis(TG).The results show that PEPA can decrease the apparent viscosity of PAA and enhance its storage performance.Among the formulations with an apparent viscosity below 10.000 Pa·s and good film-forming properties,the ODA-BTDA types PI films exhibit excellent mechanical properties with a maximum tensile strength of 144.23 MPa and elongation at break of 10.8%.
