摘 要:分别以2-羟基哌啶、2,3,5-三甲基吡嗪、2-氨甲基吡啶、吡嗪、喹啉(QL)和异喹啉(IQL)为固化催化剂,对以3,3′,4,4′-联苯四酸二酐(BPDA)、3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四酸二酐(BTDA)、均苯四甲酸二酐(PMDA)和4,4′-二氨基二苯醚(ODA)为单体制备的聚酰胺酸(PAA)进行低温亚胺化制备。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FTIR)、力学性能分析、热重分析(TG)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)等探究了不同固化催化剂对PAA亚胺化反应的催化效果。结果表明:5种固化催化剂对PAA的亚胺化反应有一定的催化作用,2-羟基哌啶的催化效果最好,对聚酰亚胺(PI)热稳定性影响最小,能在190℃下亚胺化制备PI薄膜,亚胺化程度为95.99%,所得PI薄膜拉伸强度为122.08 MPa,能同时较好地保持PI薄膜的力学性能与热稳定性。Using 2-piperidinol,2,3,5-trimethyl-pyrazine,2-picolylamine,pyrazine,quinoline(QL)and isoquinoline(IQL)as curing catalysts,the polyamide acid(PAA)prepared from 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA),3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA),1,2,4,5-benzenetetracarboxylic anhydride(PMDA),and 4,4′-oxydianiline(ODA)monomer was prepared by low temperature imidization.The catalytic effects of different curing catalysts on the imidization of PAA were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),mechanical properties analysis,thermogravimetric analysis(TG)and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The results show that five types of curing catalysts have a certain catalytic effect on the imidization reaction of PAA,and 2-piperidinol has the best catalytic effect and the least effect on the thermal stability of PI.It can prepare PI film by imidization at 190℃with a degree of imidization 95.99%,and the tensile strength of PI film is 122.08 MPa.The mechanical properties and thermal stability of PI film can be maintained at the same time.
