摘  要:以2,2′-二(三氟甲基)二氨基联苯(TFMB),对苯二胺(PPD),六氟二酐(6FDA)和3,3′,4,4′-联苯四羧酸二酐(BPDA)为原料、二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,制得了无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜,采用紫外可见分光分度计、荧光分光光度计、同步热分析仪、热机械分析仪和X射线衍射仪研究了聚酰胺酸固体质量分数对样品性能的影响。结果表明:聚酰胺酸固体质量分数或初始固体质量分数对样品中电荷转移复合物(CTC)的形成无明显影响。随着聚酰胺酸固体质量分数或初始固体质量分数的降低,样品的分子链有序度均逐渐降低,结晶更加不完善。BPDA具有扭转结构,且吸电性弱于6FDA,对样品CTC效应影响较小,同时会降低样品的玻璃化转变温度(T_(g)),提升样品的热分解温度。样品含氟单体含量的降低导致其CTC效应增强。制得一种综合性能优异的无色透明聚酰亚胺薄膜,其在可见光区的透光率为92.05%,热膨胀系数(CTE)为66.97×10^(-6)/K,T g为321℃。Using 2,2′-bis(trifluoromethyl)diaminobiphenyl(TFMB),p-phenylenediamine(PPD),hexafluorodianhydride(6FDA)and 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyl tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA)as raw materials and N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC)as solvent,a colorless transparent polyimide film was prepared,the effects of solid content of polyamide acid on the properties of the samples were studied by uv-vis spectrophotometer,fluorescence photometer,simultaneous thermal analysis,thermo-mechanical analysis and X-ray diffraction.The results show that the solid content or initial solid content of polyamide acid has no significant effect on the formation of CTC.With the decrease of solid content or initial solid content of polyamide acid,the degree of molecular chain order of the samples decreases gradually,and the crystallization becomes more imperfect.BPDA has a torsional structure,and its absorptivity is lower than 6FDA.It has little effect on CTC effect,and it can decrease T g and increase thermal decomposition temperature.The CTC effect is enhanced by decreasing the content of fluorine monomer.A colorless transparent polyimide film with excellent properties is prepared.The transmittance in the visible region is 92.05%,the CTE is 66.97×10^(-6)/K,and the T_(g)is 321℃.
