摘  要:以壳聚糖(CS)为基体,改性沸石为填料,采用戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,结合聚乙二醇(PEG)制备出改性沸石/GA/CS膜。探究了多种变量对膜吸附铅离子(Pb^(2+))性能的影响,并与单一CS膜进行了对比。结果表明:单因素的最佳Pb^(2+)吸附条件为GA质量分数为5%,沸石质量分数为40%。另外,沸石含量的增加提高了沸石/GA/CS膜的热稳定性,其最高分解温度从473.05℃提高至488.28℃。Using chitosan(CS)as the matrix,modified zeolite as the filler,and glutaraldehyde(GA)as the crosslinking agent in combination with polyethylene glycol(PEG),the modified zeolite/GA/CS films were prepared.The effects of various variables on the adsorption properties of Pb ions(Pb^(2+))were investigated and compared with that of a single CS film.The results show that the optimal adsorption conditions for Pb^(2+)with single factor are GA mass fraction of 5%,zeolite mass fraction of 40%.In addition,the increase of the zeolite content improves the thermal stability of the zeolite/GA/CS films,and the maximum decomposition temperature of the films increases from 473.05℃to 488.28℃.
