摘 要:目的探讨在孕妇产前超声筛查阶段,运用五步检查法检查胎儿心脏畸形的价值。方法选择2022年1月—2024年1月在本院接受产前检查并且对胎儿有心脏畸形疑问的孕妇80例作为研究对象,将其随机分成两组,即实验组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组采用常规产前超声检查法,实验组采用五步检查法进行胎儿心脏畸形筛查。比较两组胎儿心脏超声检查参数差异、检查准确率及诊断敏感度。结果实验组在对胎儿进行四腔心切面、左右心室流出道切面和三血管切面检查时,其有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组漏诊0例,诊断准确率为100%,高于对照组的80.77%(P<0.05)。实验组敏感度为95.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论在对胎儿进行心脏排畸筛查过程中,五步检查方法具有非常显著的效果,能够提升胎儿心脏排畸的准确率,进而保证了胎儿出生后的存活率,值得在临床上广泛推广。Objective To investigate the application value of the five-step examination method in detecting fetal cardiac malformation during prenatal ultrasound screening for pregnant women.Methods A total of 80 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examinations and had suspected fetal cardiac malformation between January 2022 and January 2024 in our hospital were selected.These pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups:an experimental group(n=40)and a control group(n=40).The control group underwent routine prenatal ultrasound examination,while the experimental group underwent the five-step examination method for fetal cardiac malformation screening.The differences in fetal cardiac ultrasound parameters,examination accuracy,and diagnostic sensitivity were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group showed significantly higher efficiency in examining the four-chamber view,left and right ventricular outflow tract views,and three-vessel view compared to the control group(P<0.05).There were no missed diagnoses in the experimental group,with a diagnostic accuracy rate of 100%,which was higher than the 80.77%in the control group(P<0.05).The sensitivity in the experimental group was 95.00%,significantly higher than the 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The five-step examination method demonstrates highly significant effects in fetal cardiac malformation screening,capable of enhancing the accuracy of fetal cardiac malformation detection and subsequently ensuring fetal survival rates.This method is worthy of widespread clinical promotion.
