认知行为干预应用于冠心病临床护理中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析在冠心病患者的护理工作中运用认知行为干预的效果。方法选取2022年8月—2023年8月就诊于本院的冠心病患者60例作为观察对象,并采用随机分组法将其划分为常规组和研究组,每组30例。常规组采用常规护理干预,研究组采用认知行为干预,比较干预后两组患者的依从性、心理健康状况评分及自我管理能力评分等。结果干预后,研究组的总依从率高于常规组(P<0.05);干预前,两组心理健康状况各项评分相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组各项评分与常规组相比较更低(P<0.05);干预前,两组自我管理能力比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,研究组各项评分较常规组更高(P<0.05)。结论对于冠心病患者来说,给予其认知行为干预有助于其心理健康状况的改善,同时可以提升其自我管理能力以及护理依从性,临床护理效果显著。Objective To analyze clinical nursing effect of cognitive behavioral intervention during nursing of coronary heart disease patients.Methods The paper chose 60 coronary heart disease patients in our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 as observation subjects,and divided them into groups with random grouping method,30 cases in routine group were treated with routine nursing intervention,and 30 cases in study group with cognitive-behavioral intervention.Compliance,psychological health status,and self-management ability scores between groups after intervention were treated as evaluation criteria.Results Evaluation of nursing compliance showed,total compliance rate of study group was relatively higher,(P<0.05).According to evaluation of mental health status,study group had better effect,(P<0.05).Evaluation of self-management ability showed,study group had stronger abilities(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive and behavioral intervention can help improve mental health status and enhance self-management ability and nursing compliance of coronary heart disease patients,which has significant clinical nursing effect.
