摘 要:为解决声光可调滤波器稳频过程中工作频率和稳频效率低的问题,提出基于射频技术的声光可调滤波器稳频优化方法。利用f-2f方法探测声光可调滤波器的偏移频率,结合射频技术扩谱处理声光可调滤波器,并根据射频技术的原理和非线性干涉仪的结构,探测滤波器的重复频率,锁定滤波器的重复频率和频移,建立滤波器频率锁定的双腔调谐关系,实现稳频优化。实验表明,所提方法的稳频效率均在90%以上,工作频率在800 Hz以上,具有较好的稳频优化效果。In order to address the problem of low operating frequency and insufficient frequency stabilization efficiency in the past stabilization process of acousto-optic tunable filters,a frequency stabilization optimization method based on radio frequency technology was proposed.The offset frequency of an acousto-optic tunable filter was detected using the f-2f method,and radio frequency technology was combined to expand the spectrum and process the filter.Based on the principles of radio frequency technology and the structure of nonlinear interferometers,the repetition frequency of the filter was detected.Its repetition frequency and frequency shift were locked,and a dual cavity tuning relationship was established for frequency locking.And the optimization of frequency stabilization was achieved.The result revealed that the frequency stabilization efficiency of this proposed method exceeded 90%,and the operating frequency surpassed 800 Hz,demonstrating a superior effect in frequency stabilization optimization.
