摘 要:本文以天然明胶为基材,通过引入分子链间多重氢键和离子螯合作用,在明胶分子中形成双物理交联水凝胶网络结构,提高了明胶的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率;同时,离子的引入赋予明胶材料优秀的传感性能。由于氢键交联的可逆性,该改性明胶表现出快速自愈合的性能(2 min)。将改性的高强度、自修复明胶蛋白水凝胶以穿戴的形式进行应力传感检测应用,实现了对人体声带颤动、心跳频率、关节活动等生理信号地实时检测。In this paper,natural gelatin was selected as the base material,the multiple hydrogen bonding and the effect of ion chelation were introduced into the gelatin molecules.After modification,two physical crosslinked hydrogel networks were formed in gelatin molecules,which greatly improved the tensile strength and elongation at break of gelatin.Meanwhile,the introduction of ions endowed the gelatin material with excellent sensing property.Moreover,the modified gelatin showed rapid self-healing property(2 min)due to the reversibility of hydrogen bond crosslinking.Finally,the application of the modified high-strength and selfhealing gelatin hydrogel as wearable sensor to detect the human physiological pressure was researched,and the results showed that the gelatin based hydrogel sensor could realize the real-time detection of the physiological signals such as vocal cord flutter,heart beat frequency and joint movement.
