摘　　要：毛发是一种继血液、尿液之后常见的生物样本,具有检测窗口期长、稳定和易于储存等优点,通过毛发分析可以反映个体生活习惯,在量化药物方面具有重要意义。质谱成像(MSI)是一种无标记分子影像技术,已用于监测单根头发中滥用药物的分布、确定药物摄入时间以及判定药物摄入史。本文综述了MSI的研究进展以及基质辅助激光解吸/电离质谱成像(MALDI-MSI)技术在毛发分析中的应用,探讨了毛发净化、样品切片、基质选择和喷涂等前处理过程中的关键技术,列举了MSI分析毛发中药物的应用实例。讨论了MSI用于分析毛发中药物的不足,并展望了MSI未来的应用前景和发展方向。Hair is a commonly used biological sample following blood and urine,which has advantages of long detection window,stability,and easy storage,and easy storage.Hair analysis can provide insights into individual lifestyle and has significant importance in drug quantitation.Mass spectrometry imaging(MSI),an untargeted molecular imaging technique,has been employed to monitor the distribution of abused drugs in a single hair strand,determine drug intake time,and ascertain drug consumption history.This article provides an overview on the research progress in MSI and the application of matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization mass spectrometry imaging(MALDI-MSI)in hair analysis.Key techniques in pre-treatment process of hair samples are discussed,including hair purification,sample sectioning,matrix selection and spraying.Examples of drug analysis in hair using MSI are presented,and the unique contributions of MSI in forensic science are highlighted.Finally,the limitations of hair drug analysis using MSI are discussed,along with prospects and development directions.
