摘　　要：学生援助计划是一个专注于满足大学生个性化、多元化需求,并帮助弱势学生群体提升心理社会能力的综合性项目服务。将社会工作的理念和方法融入学生援助计划中,对大学生的发展以及学生援助计划的完善具有重要意义。社会工作介入学生援助计划,微观层面可运用人际沟通和增能策略,促进学生的个人发展;中观层面着重于社会资本的构建和社区发展,以增强学生的社会支持网络;宏观层面则聚焦于社会福利政策的倡导和实施,以改善学生的整体福祉环境。当前学生援助计划面临专业人员短缺、服务普及率低等挑战,未来应强调因地制宜、分类设计干预策略,充分利用社会工作方法、技术和政策的优势,同时可借助传统文化,推动学生援助计划服务的本土化和特色化。The Student Assistance Program is a comprehensive project service that focuses on meeting the personalized and diversified needs of college students and helping disadvantaged student groups improve their psychosocial abilities.Integrating the concepts and methods of social work into the Student Assistance Program is of great significance to the development of college students and the improvement of the Student Assistance Program.Social work could play vital roles at various levels of the Student Assistance Program.At the micro level,it can use interpersonal communication and empowerment strategies to promote students’personal development;at the meso level,it focuses on the construction of social capital and community development to enhance students’social support networks;at the macro level,it focuses on the advocacy and implementation of social welfare policies to improve students’overall well-being.At present,the Student Assistance Program faces challenges such as a shortage of professionals and limited service reach.In the future,it should emphasize the design of intervention strategies based on local conditions and classification,making full use of the advantages of methods,technologies and policies,and,at the same time,pay attention to Chinese social and cultural traditions to promote the localization and specialization of services.
