摘 要:培育警察职业精神是公安院校人才培养的内在必然要求,一定程度上影响着未来警察队伍职业精神的形成。从情感教育学角度探讨公安院校警察职业精神教育更具理论契合性和逻辑自洽性。情感教育学认为,“情动—感受”“体验—理解”“价值体系化—人格化”存在内在的渐次递增关系,并在感受、体验的基础上内化为稳定的人格结构。警察职业精神培育存在从感受到体验再到人格形塑这样一个循序渐进的梯度过程。“以情构境、以行引情、以情育情”的实践路径顺应学生情感心理变化发展特征,通过营造情境氛围、开展第二课堂活动、激发学生培育和践行警察职业精神的主体自觉,构建一种兼具层次性、循序性、多样性的教育体系。Cultivating the professionalism of police is the inherent requirement of talent training in public security academies,affecting the professionalism formation of the future police force to a certain extent.From the perspective of emotional education,it is more theoretically coherent and logically consistent to explore the professionalism educa-tion of police in public security academies.Emotional pedagogy believes that there is an inherent progressive relationship between“emotion-feeling”,“experience-understanding”,and“value systematization-personalization”which internalizes into a stable personality structure on the basis of feeling and experience.The cultivation of police professionalism undergoes a gradual gradient process from feeling to experience and then to personality shaping.This paper proposes the practical path of“constructing scenarios with emotion,inducing emotion with action,and cultivating emotion with emotion”to conform to the characteristics of students’emotional and psychological changes and development,and strengthen students’emotional feelings by creating a situational atmosphere;carrying out extracurricular activities to enrich students’emotional experience and stimulate student’self-conscious construc-tion of police professionalism,in order to build a hierarchical,sequential and diverse education system.
