摘　　要：在中国共产党领导商业经济建设的历程中,发展社会主义商品流通始终占据核心地位。在从计划经济向市场经济转型的流通体制改革中,社会主义商品流通体系逐步建立起来。尤其是新时代以来,流通体系支撑作用日益增强,流通产业现代化水平持续提高。这些成效,不仅是中国特色社会主义理论体系与改革开放新实践相结合的具体实践成果,更是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想在流通领域的深刻体现和创新发展,标志着我国流通体系建设进入了新的历史阶段。因此,我们必须深刻理解社会主义经济制度的基本属性,以中国化时代化的创新发展为关键方向,及时总结和把握社会主义市场经济中流通的规律和特殊性,将社会主义流通过程与流通在经济高质量发展中的作用、市场化改革、治理现代化、体系特色创新、高水平对外开放有机融合起来,从而构建与社会主义生产目的相一致的流通体系,这对于我们深入理解中国特色社会主义商品流通体系的运行规律具有重要启示。In the course of the CPC's leadership of commercial economic construction,the development of socialist commodity circulation has always occupied a central position.During the reform of the circulation system in the transition from a planned economy to a market-oriented economy,the socialist commodity circulation system was gradually established.Especially since the new era,the circulation system has played an increasingly supportive role,and the modernization of the circulation industry has continued to improve.These achievements are not only the concrete practical results of the combination of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the new practice of reform and opening up,but also the profound embodiment and in-novative development of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the field of circulation,in-dicating that the construction of China's circulation system has entered a new historical stage.Therefore,we must deeply under-stand the basic attributes of the socialist economic system,take the innovation and development of the Chinese era as the key di-rection,summarize and grasp the laws and particularities of circulation in the socialist market economy with Chinese characteris-tics in a timely manner,and organically integrate the socialist process of circulation with the role of circulation in the high-quality development of the economy,the market-oriented reforms,the modernization of the governance,the system characteristics and in-novations,and the opening up of the country to the outside world at a high level.This is an important insight for us to deeply under-stand the operation law of the socialist commodity circulation system with Chinese characteristics,so as to build a circulation sys-tem consistent with the purpose of socialist production.
