全程无缝隙护理对维持性血液透析伴HCV感染患者的影响研究

摘　　要：分析全程无缝隙护理对维持性血液透析伴丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染患者的影响。选取2022年1月-2023年4月医院收治的接受维持性血液透析伴HCV感染的80例患者为研究对象。采用双盲法将患者分为对照组(n=40,实施常规护理)与研究组(n=40,实施全程无缝隙护理),比较两组患者的遵医行为评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分、并发症发生情况。研究结果显示,研究组遵医行为评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度评分均高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,全程无缝隙护理有利于改善维持性血液透析伴HCV感染患者的护理效果,优化患者的遵医行为。Analyze the impact of seamless care throughout the entire process on maintenance hemodialysis patients with hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection.Select 80 patients with HCV infection who received maintenance hemodialysis in hospitals from January 2022 to April 2023 as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a control group(n=40,receiving routine care)and a study group(n=40,receiving seamless care throughout the entire process)using a double-blind method.The compliance behavior score,quality of life score,nursing satisfaction score,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups of patients.The results showed that the compliance behavior score,quality of life score,and nursing satisfaction score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that seamless care throughout the entire process is beneficial for improving the nursing effectiveness of maintenance hemodialysis patients with HCV infection and optimizing their compliance with medical treatment.
