综合护理在动静脉内瘘成形术后的护理效果研究

摘　　要：观察综合护理在动静脉内瘘成形术后的应用效果。选取2022年10月-2023年12月于三都水族自治县人民医院接受动静脉内瘘成形术治疗的36例患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将所有患者分为参比组和观察组,每组各18例。参比组采用常规术后护理,观察组采用术后综合护理,比较护理后两组患者的满意度、并发症发生率。研究结果显示,护理后,观察组患者满意度高于参比组,并发症发生率低于参比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,将综合护理应用于动静脉内瘘成形术后患者的护理中,可提升患者的满意度评分,有助于预防并发症的发生,值得应用。Observe the application effect of comprehensive nursing after arteriovenousfistula shaping surgery.36 patients who underwent arteriovenousfistula surgery at Sandu Shui Autonomous County People’s Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were randomly divided into a reference group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 18 patients in each group.The reference group received routine postoperative care,while the observation group received comprehensive postoperative care.The satisfaction and incidence of complications of the two groups of patients after nursing were compared.The results showed that after nursing,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Research has found that applying comprehensive nursing to the care of patients after arteriovenousfistula surgery can improve patient satisfaction scores and help prevent complications,which is worth applying.
