摘  要:小超差电能表的运行误差诊断对线损计算的精度提出了更高要求。在典型台区拓扑结构上建立台区功率域线损方程,并根据电荷与能量守恒律建立了通用的台区能量域线损模型。基于AMI设备所采集的计量数据,求解模型即可对电能表的相对误差、线阻系数及固定损耗实现远程估计。通过对用户负荷变化、时钟差异、总表计量扰动等因素的分析,在实验室仿真数据和现场真实数据上盲测共同验证了模型的可靠性。模型对小超差电能表的检出及命中都能达到较高的比率,具有工程实用性和较高的经济价值。Remote error detection small over-tolerance smart meters relies upon line loss estimation with higher accuracy.Line loss equation in power domain area is derived in a typical station area,and an energetic form in energy domain is established according to charge conservation law and energy conservation law.Based on AMI data,relative error,line resistance coefficient and fixed loss of smart meters can be remotely calculated.The reliability of the model is verified by the blind tests on both simulation data and real-world data,and key factors affecting the model effect including user load variation,clock shift and measurement disturbance are simulated and analyzed.The model can achieve a high rate of detection and hit for small over-tolerance smart meters,indicating high practicability and economic value.
