摘 要:传统惯量评估策略在计算高比例新能源系统的惯量水平时,会因为量测误差与不确定的一次调频介入时间等问题而大幅降低其评估准确性。为对评估策略进行优化,在分析惯性对于频率不同响应阶段支撑能力的基础上,提出基于滑动窗口的惯量评估优化策略,减少数据中的扰动初期误差与未知的一次调频时间对结果的影响;针对频率响应数据并不完整的情况,提出基于分段多项式拟合的惯量评估优化策略,考虑系统频率特性在一次调频发生前后的模型变化,从而减少拟合次数对结果的影响。基于电磁暂态仿真平台搭建高比例新能源电力系统模型对所提策略进行仿真验证,结果表明所提策略可以有效减少频率误差对评估的影响,极大提升惯量评估的准确度。When calculating the inertia level of a high proportion renewable energy connected system,the conventional inertia assessment strategies will significantly reduce their assessment accuracy due to measure⁃ment errors and uncertain primary frequency modulation intervention time.To optimize the assessment strategy,based on the analysis of the support ability of inertia in different frequency response stages,a sliding window based inertia assessment strategy is proposed to reduce the initial disturbance error in the data and the impact of unknown primary frequency modulation time on the results.In response to the incom⁃plete frequency response data,an inertia assessment strategy based on segmented polynomial fitting is pro⁃posed,which takes into account the model changes of the system frequency characteristics before and after the occurrence of primary frequency modulation,thus reducing the impact of fitting times on the results.A high proportion renewable energy power system model is built on the electromagnetic transient simulation platform,and the proposed strategy is simulated and verified.The results show that it effectively reduces the impact of frequency error on the assessment and greatly improves the accuracy of inertia assessment.
