摘 要:目的:评估活体动物模型在脊柱外科显微镜及单侧双通道内镜(UBE)技术教学培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月至2022年12月于广东省人民医院脊柱外科参加显微-微创学习班的60名学员作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为显微镜组和UBE组,每组各30名。通过活体动物模型,对两组学员分别进行显微镜或UBE技术培训。比较两组学员理论知识考核、实践技能操作考核、教学满意度调查的评分;并在6个月和1年后进行教学满意度随访,比较两组随访评分。结果:UBE组学员理论考核成绩高于显微镜组,实践操作成绩低于显微镜组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);两组学员的教学满意度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。培训完成6个月和1年后,两组学员的理论、实践获益比较,差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);UBE组学员的临床应用获益评分均高于显微镜组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:活体动物模型结合显微镜及UBE技术的教学培训,能有效提升脊柱外科专科医师的理论知识与实践技能,对临床技能的提升具有长期效益,值得在专科医师培训中进一步推广应用。Objective:To investigate the effectiveness of live animal models in teaching and training for spinal surgery under microscope and unilateral biportal endoscopy(UBE) techniques.Methods:This study was conducted on 60 participants who attended the microsurgery-minimally invasive training program at the Department of Spinal Surgery,Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital,from February 2020 to December 2022.The participants were randomly divided into two groups:the microscope group and the UBE group,with 30 participants in each group.Both groups received training using live animal models tailored to either microscope or UBE techniques.The scores of theoretical knowledge,practical skills,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups,and follow-up teaching satisfaction scores were compared at 6 months and 1 year after the training.Results:The UBE group had significantly higher theoretical knowledge scores and lower practical operation scores than the microscope group(all P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in teaching satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Both groups showed no statistically significant differences in theoretical or practical benefits at 6 months and 1 year after the training(all P>0.05),however,the UBE group had significantly higher clinical application benefit scores than the microscope group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:The training with live animal models in combination with either microscope or UBE techniques for teaching and training can effectively enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of spinal surgeons.Long-term clinical benefits suggest that it is worth further promotion and application in specialist training programs.
