摘  要:目前,高能量损伤引起的慢性骨髓炎的治疗在临床上仍是一个比较棘手的问题。传统手术方法存在诸多不足,因此,安全有效的骨生物支架是目前的研究热点。聚富马酸丙二醇酯(PPF)生物相容性好,可降解,具有优良的机械性能和骨传导性能,放热效应低,在骨生物工程中备受关注。本文对PPF复合材料应用于感染性骨缺损的研究进展作一综述。Currently,chronic osteomyelitis caused by high-energy injuries remains a challenging issue in clinical practice.Traditional surgical approaches have numerous limitations,driving interest in the development of safe and effective bone biomaterials.Poly(propylene fumarate)(PPF) is notable for its good biocompatibility,biodegradability,excellent mechanical properties and osteoconductivity,and low exothermic effect,garnering significant attention in bone tissue engineering.This article reviews the research progress on the application of PPF composite materials in the management of infectious bone defects.
