摘　　要：在铁路与城市轨道交通建筑新建、改造过程中引入“绿色建筑”理念,是实现轨道交通绿色低碳发展目标的重要路径之一。通过分析国内现行绿色铁路客站与城市轨道交通绿色建筑评价标准的核心内容、创新点和应用情况,总结当前我国铁路与城市轨道交通绿色建筑评价存在的问题,提出统一评价标准、修订指标体系、扩展评价范围、出台管理办法与激励措施、培育第三方咨询与评价机构等发展策略建议,为我国铁路与城市轨道交通绿色建筑评价标准的完善与推广应用提供决策参考。Introducing the concept of“green buildings”into the construction and renovation of railways and urban rail transits is one of the important paths to achieve the goal of green and low�carbon development of rail transits.This paper analyzed the core content,innovative points,and application of the current green building evaluation standards for railway passenger stations and urban rail transits in China.It summarized the problems existing in the current green building evaluation of railways and urban rail transits in China and proposed development strategy suggestions such as unifying evaluation standards,revising index systems,expanding the scope of evaluation,introducing management and incentive measures,and cultivating third-party consulting and evaluation institutions,so as to provide decision-making references for the improvement and promotion of green building evaluation standards for railways and urban rail transits in China.
