摘　　要：为消除危险品运输路径中各区域因承担风险不同所带来的不公平状态,创新提出考虑区域风险公平的危险品公铁联运路径优化方法。该方法选用公铁联运长距离大批量运输的危险品,针对运输路径中各区域风险不公平的现象,采用途中风险补偿与转运风险补偿之和定义的风险补偿成本量化区域风险公平性。在此基础上构建了运输风险最小、风险补偿成本最小、运输费用最小的3目标危险品公铁联运路径优化模型,并设计蚁群算法对多目标路径优化模型进行求解。结果表明,所提出的模型结果对比传统模型在运输风险和运输费用差异不大的情况下,风险补偿成本显著降低,有效提高了区域风险公平性。该路径优化方法能够为决策者提供安全性高、区域风险公平性高且经济性好的路径方案参考。In order to eliminate the unfair state caused by the different risks borne by each region in the transportation path of dangerous goods,a path optimization method for road-rail intermodal transport of dangerous goods considering regional risk equity was innovatively proposed.This method selected the long-distance road-rail intermodal transport for large-volume dangerous goods.In view of the phenomenon of unfair risk in each region along the transportation path,the risk compensation cost defined by the sum of on-way risk compensation and transshipment risk compensation was used to quantify the regional risk equity.On this basis,a three-objective path optimization model for road-rail intermodal transport with minimum transportation risk,risk compensation cost,and transportation cost was constructed,and an ant colony algorithm was designed to solve the multi-objective path optimization model.The results show that compared with the traditional model,the risk compensation cost is significantly reduced,and the regional risk equity is effectively improved when the difference between transportation risk and transportation cost is not large.The path optimization method can provide decision-makers with a path scheme reference with high security,high regional risk equity,and a good economy.
