摘　　要：准确评价高铁快运列车运输服务质量水平,对加快铁路现代物流体系建设、促进高铁快运业务发展具有重要意义。从时效性、可靠性、便捷性、移情性、经济性等维度构建高铁快运列车运输服务质量评价指标体系,利用二元语义方法处理专家多粒度语言值,构建基于二元语义灰色关联分析法的评价模型,该方法能够有效避免专家评价语义的不确定性,具有样本数据需求量少、直观性强等优点,最后以成都双流西站至昆明洛羊镇站间整列高铁快运列车开行为案例,开展高铁快运列车运输服务质量评价研究。研究结果表明:高铁快运列车运输服务质量为非常满意等级L4,并对各项指标的满意度进行优劣排序,实例验证了高铁快运列车运输服务质量评价指标体系和评价方法的有效性和实用性。Accurately evaluating the quality level of high speed rail express train transportation services is of great significance for accelerating the construction of modern railway logistics systems and the development of high speed rail express business.This paper constructed the evaluation index system of high speed rail express train transportation service quality from the dimensions of timeliness,reliability,convenience,empathy,and economy.The paper used a two�tuple linguistic method to process expert multi-granularity language values and constructed an evaluation model based on two-tuple linguistic grey relational analysis,which could effectively avoid the uncertainty of expert evaluation semantics,and the method had the advantages of low sample data demand and strong intuitiveness.Finally,this paper took the entire high speed rail express train between Chengdu Shuangliuxi Station and Kunming Luoyangzhen Station as an example and conducted a quality evaluation of high speed rail express train transportation services.The research results indicate that the service quality of high speed rail express train transportation is at a very satisfactory level L4,and the satisfaction of various indexes is ranked in order of superiority and inferiority.The effectiveness and practicality of the evaluation index system and evaluation method for the service quality of high speed rail express train transportation is verified through the example.
