摘 要:黄浦江中上游潮位变化直接影响城市防洪安全。基于黄浦江中上游代表站1980~2021年高、低潮位及1956~2021年流量数据,研究了黄浦江中上游潮位和来水量的变化,并对成因进行了分析。结果表明:黄浦江中上游高潮位和低潮位都呈上升趋势,2001~2021年多年平均高潮位相比1980~2000年上升16 cm,低潮位上升16 cm;2001~2021年多年平均上游全年来水量相比1956~2000年增加了65亿m 3,其中汛期增加了53%,非汛期增加了65%。黄浦江潮位变化主要受土地利用变化、流域骨干工程和城市防洪工程建设、圩区整治,以及下游潮汐顶托作用的综合影响。The changes of tidal level of middle and upper reaches of Huangpu River directly affects the defense capacity of urban flood.Based on the long series of high and low tidal level from 1980 to 2021 and flow data from 1956 to 2021 of the representative stations in middle and upper reaches of Huangpu River,we analyzed the change trend of tidal level and inflow of it and explored the causes.The results showed that the high tide level and low tide level of Huangpu River displayed upward trends.The multi-year average high tidal level and low tidal level from 2001 to 2021 both increased 16 cm higher compared with that from 1980 to 2000.The multi-year average annual inflow of upstream river from 2001 to 2021 increased by 6.5 billion cubic meters compared with that of 1956 to 2000,with an increase of 53%in flood season and 65%in non-flood season.The tidal level of the Huangpu River was mainly affected by the land use change,the construction of watershed backbone projects and urban flood control projects,the comprehensive management of polder areas,and the downstream tidal backwater effect.
