摘 要:工程设计中空间转角镇墩设计的几何参数求解复杂,通常按竖直转角或水平转角镇墩近似计算,导致存在误差大、不经济的问题。为提高空间转角镇墩设计精度和效率,以工程中常见的地埋管转明管空间转角镇墩为典型进行分析。采用向量、空间解析几何和三角函数等方法,推导得出镇墩尺寸、荷载作用点和作用方向等复杂几何参数的计算公式,对受力分析及相关参数计算方法进行了总结,并通过实例检验了所推导公式的使用方法和效果。结果表明:所推导公式兼顾了镇墩竖直转角或水平转角,且可通过试算不同混凝土外包管道厚度下镇墩的稳定性参数,快速求得最小镇墩尺寸,提高了设计精度和效率。Solving calculation of the geometric parameters of space corner anchor block design is complex during technical design,it is usually calculated approximately according to the vertical corner or horizontal corner anchor block,resulting in large errors and uneconomic issues.To enhance the accuracy and efficiency of the space corner anchor block design,the common buried tube transfer tube space corner pier was analyzed as an example.The vector,spatial analytical geometry and trigonometric functions were used to derive the calculation formulas of complex geometric parameters such as anchor block size,the load action points and their directions,along with the force analysis and related parameters,were summarized,the effectiveness and application method of the derived formula were tested by using examples.The results indicated that the formula combined the vertical or horizontal angle,and can calculate the stability parameters of the anchor block under different thicknesses of the concrete outer wrapping pipe to quickly obtain the size of the lowest anchor block,which can improve the design accuracy and efficiency.
