摘 要:漳河上游岳城水库防御校核洪水能力不足、下游大名滞洪区启用后损失大,亟须采取工程措施缓解流域防洪压力。通过深入研究吴家庄水库防洪调度方式和防洪效果,发现其可有效控制区间洪水,将岳城水库校核洪水标准提高到5000年一遇,在此基础上增加小流量洪水控制,还可增加防洪库容利用率,有效减少大名滞洪区的启用概率和启用后的淹没损失。研究成果明确了吴家庄水库对流域防洪体系所能起到的作用,并提出了合理的防洪规模,可为类似水库防洪作用分析提供借鉴。The flood defense capacity of the Yuecheng Reservoir in the upper reaches of Zhanghe River is inadequate and the downstream Daming flood storage area suffers significant losses after is activation,necessitating engineering measures to alleviate flood control pressure in the basin.Through in-depth research on the flood dispatching methods and effects of the Wujiashanzhuang Reservoir,it is found that it can effectively control flood intervals,raising the flood standard for the Yuecheng Reservoir to a 1 in 5000-year event.Additionally,small flood control measures can be implemented,which would increase the utilization rate of flood control storage capacity and effectively reduce both the probability of activating the Daming flood storage area and the inundation losses thereafter.The research results clarify the role of the Wujiazhuang Reservoir within the basin’s flood control system and propose a reasonable scale for flood control,providing valuable insights for the analysis of similar reservoirs’flood control functions.
