摘 要:通过向Q195L钢中添加稀土元素研发了盘圆用Q195LRE钢,并制作了直径为6.5 mm的Q195L和Q195LRE钢盘圆。采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜检测了这两种钢的显微组织和夹杂物等级,并分别通过干-湿交替浸润试验和电化学腐蚀试验检测了钢的腐蚀速率和耐电化学腐蚀性能。结果表明:Q195LRE钢的显微组织由等轴铁素体和少量珠光体组成;稀土元素对夹杂物起变质作用,从而形成了细小的球状稀土硫化物、稀土氧化物及其复合夹杂物;浸润试验72 h后,Q195LRE钢的平均腐蚀速率为1.772 g/(m^(2)·h),比Q195L钢的低21%;Q195LRE钢的自腐蚀电流密度小于Q195L钢,表明Q195LRE钢的耐蚀性能优于Q195L钢。Q195LRE steel useful for coiled bars was developed by adding rare earths to Q195L steel,and the coiled bars of Q195L and Q195LRE steels 6.5 mm in diameter were fabricated.The microstrcture and grade of inclusion in these two steels were tested by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope,and the corrosion rate and electrochemical corrosion resistance of the steels were detected via wet-dry alternate immersion test and electrochemical corrosion test,respectively.The results showed that(a)the microstructure of Q195LRE steel was composed of equiaxed ferrite and a small amount of pearlite;(b)the rare earths served to modify inclusions,thus forming fine and spherodized rare earth sulfides,rare earth oxides and their complex inclusions;(c)after being subjected to immersion testing for 72 h,the average corrosion rate of Q195LRE steel was 1.772 g/(m^(2)·h)which was 21%less than that of Q195L steel;and(d)the self-corrosion current density of Q195LRE steel was less than that of Q195L steel,indicating the Q195LRE steel was superior to the Q195L steel in corrosion resistance.
