摘 要:采用Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机模拟并在900、1000、1100和1200℃实施的真空热压工艺制备了316L钢/Q355钢复合板。研究了真空热压温度对316L钢/Q355钢复合板界面的元素扩散、显微组织和剪切强度的影响。结果表明:随着真空热压温度的升高,Q355钢组织从珠光体转变为上贝氏体和粒状贝氏体,复合板的界面结合强度提高,1200℃真空热压的316L钢/Q355钢复合板界面结合强度达到最大值483 MPa;热压温度升高导致复合板剪切断裂断口的形貌和成分发生变化;Fe、Cr、C、Ni等元素的扩散导致复合板界面结合强度升高,剪切断裂于脱碳层而不是界面。316L steel/Q355 steel clad plates were fabricated by vacuum hot-pressing processes that were simulated by a Gleeble-3500 thermal simulation test machine and conducted at 900,1000,1100 and 1200℃.The effect of vacuum hot-pressing temperatures on element diffusion,microstructure and shear strength of the interface of 316L steel/Q355 steel clad plate was investigated.The results showed that(a)as the vacuum hot-pressing temperature was elevated,the microstructure of Q355 steel changed from pearlite to upper bainite and granular bainite,the interface bonding strength of the clad plate increased,and the interface bonding strength of 316L steel/Q355 steel clad plate vacuum hot-pressed at 1200℃reached as the maximum value as 483 MPa;(b)the rise in hot-pressing temperature resulted in changes of morphology and composition of the shear rupture fracture of the clad plate;and(c)the diffusion of Fe,Cr,C,Ni elements led to the increase in interface bonding strength of the clad plate and to its shear rupture in the decarburized layer rather than in the interface.
