摘  要:采用正交试验对激光焊接工艺进行优化,随后采用不同焊丝对线切割预制深度为1.2 mm缺陷的30CrMnSiA钢疲劳试样进行激光堆焊修复。采用扫描电子显微镜和疲劳试验机检测了修复后的疲劳试样疲劳性能及其断口特征。结果表明:正交试验获得的最佳激光堆焊修复工艺参数为激光功率3.4 kW、扫描速度1.2 m/min和送丝速度3.0 m/min;以440 MPa的应力水平旋转弯曲疲劳试验时,采用GH3030合金焊丝激光堆焊修复的疲劳试样的循环次数大于10~6,大于采用其他两种焊丝修复的疲劳试样的循环次数,与30CrMnSiA钢疲劳试样的循环次数相近,说明GH3030合金焊丝最适用于激光堆焊修复30CrMnSiA钢。Laser surfacing process was optimized by a orthogonal test,and then the 30CrMnSiA steel fatigue samples in which a type of defect measuring 1.2 mm deep was prefabricated by wire cutting were repaired by laser surfacing with different welding wires.The fatigue property and characteristic of fatigue fracture of the repaired fatigue specimens were detected with the use of scanning electron microscope and fatigue testing machine.The results indicated that(a)the optimal parameters of laser surfacing process reserved for repairing obtained from the orthogonal test were laser power of 3.4 kW,scanning speed of 1.2 m/min,and wire feed speed of 3.0 m/min;(b)in the case of the rotating bending fatigue test being performed at a stress level of 440 MPa,the cycle life of the fatigue sample repaired by the laser surfacing with GH3030 alloy welding wire was more than 10~6 which was larger than that of the fatigue sample repaired with the other two welding wires,and similar to that of the 30CrMnSiA steel fatigue sample,indicating that GH3030 alloy welding wire was the most suitable for repair of 30CrMnSiA steel by laser surfacing.
