摘　　要：当前,全球化与区域经济一体化不断深化,自由贸易区(FTA)作为推动经济合作与贸易自由化的重要平台,对促进成员国之间的经济交流具有显著作用。《区域全面经济伙伴关系协定》(RCEP)的签署,标志着东北亚地区最大的自由贸易区由此诞生,为RCEP成员国,尤其是中日韩三国综合合作示范区的创建提供了新的契机。本文首先基于贸易额回顾了当前中日韩三边在RCEP签署前后的经贸关系演变现状,其次以辽宁大连自贸区为锚点,分析了其功能定位及开展优势,最后从科技创新示范、产业合作示范、“双碳”合作示范以及跨境电商合作示范四个角度提出具体的建设路径,以期为实现三国间的互利共赢和区域经济协同发展提供一定的启示。In today’s deepening globalization and regional economic integration,free trade areas (FTAs),as an important platform for promoting economic cooperation and trade liberalization,play a significant role in promoting economic exchanges among member countries.The signing of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (RCEP) marks the birth of the largest FTA in Northeast Asia,providing a new opportunity for the creation of a model integrated cooperation zone among member countries,especially China,Japan and South Korea.This article firstly reviews the current economic and trade relations between China,Japan and South Korea before and after the signing of RCEP based on the trade volume,then analyzes the functional positioning and advantages of Dalian FTA in Liaoning Province as an anchor point,and finally puts forward specific construction paths from four perspectives:demonstration of scientific and technological innovation,demonstration of industrial cooperation,demonstration of “double-carbon” cooperation and demonstration of cross-border e-commerce cooperation,with a view to providing certain insights for the realization of mutual benefits and win-win situation among the three countries as well as synergistic development of regional economy.
