摘　　要：本文对黑龙江冰雪经济的价值链进行了系统分析,发现当前存在的问题主要有价值链的产业结构单一、季节性限制明显、内部关系松散等,据此提出一系列优化策略,强调新质生产力的引入能够促进冰雪产业的创新。首先,发展关联产业,提高产业附加值;其次,构建全季节的冰雪经济体系,打破季节限制;再次,加强产业链整合,提高冰雪产业链的协同效率和响应速度。本文对于优化黑龙江冰雪经济的价值链具有重要的理论和实践意义,有助于推动黑龙江冰雪经济的转型升级和可持续发展。This paper provides a systematic analysis of the value chain of Heilongjiang's ice and snow economy,identifying key issues such as a single-industry structure,strong seasonal limitations,and loose internal relationships.Based on these findings,it proposes a series of optimization strategies,emphasizing that the introduction of new quality productivity can drive innovation in the ice and snow industry.Firstly,develop related industries and increase industrial added value;Secondly,build an all-season ice and snow economy system to break seasonal restrictions;Once again,strengthen the integration of the industry chain,improve the collaborative efficiency and response speed of the ice and snow industry chain.This article has important theoretical and practical significance for optimizing the value chain of Heilongjiang’s ice and snow economy,and helps to promote the transformation,upgrading,and sustainable development of Heilongjiang’s ice and snow economy.
