摘　　要：新质生产力已成为当代经济发展的重要驱动力,正深刻影响着企业的生产结构和整体经济的发展。随着信息技术的快速发展和全球化贸易的不断深化,供应链管理日益成为企业的核心竞争力。在竞争激烈的市场环境中,如何应用新质生产力来优化供应链管理,成为企业迫切需要解决的问题。文章从新质生产力的内涵出发,详细分析其对供应链带来的影响,包括推动企业供应链管理理念的转变、推动企业供应链模式的创新、推动企业供应链体系的完善三方面的影响,并结合企业供应链管理实际,探讨有效的供应链管理策略,如构建立体结构的供应链管理理论体系、优化全方位的供应链管理实践体系、强化数据驱动的供应链风险管理体系等措施来优化企业供应链管理,以期为企业可持续发展提供有益的参考和启示。The new quality productive forces have become a crucial driving force for contemporary economic development,profoundly influencing the production structure of enterprises and the overall development of the economy.With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous deepening of global trade,supply chain management has increasingly become one of the core competitive advantages of enterprises.In this highly competitive market environment,how to apply new quality productive forces to optimize supply chain management has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.Starting from the connotation of new quality productive forces,this article analyzes in detail their impact on the supply chain,including promoting the transformation of corporate supply chain management concepts,driving the innovation of corporate supply chain models,and improving corporate supply chain systems.Combining the actual supply chain management practices of enterprises,the article explores effective supply chain management strategies,such as constructing a three-dimensional structure of supply chain management theory systems,optimizing comprehensive supply chain management practice systems,and strengthening data-driven supply chain risk management systems.These measures aim to optimize corporate supply chain management and provide beneficial references and insights for the sustainable development of enterprises.
