京东农村电商物流流通体系研究——以京东宿迁为例

摘　　要：为了发挥京东宿迁农村电商物流流通体系对于宿迁乡村振兴的作用,本文基于京东宿迁农村电商物流流通体系,利用层次分析法得到流通环境因素、流通载体因素、流通主体因素、流通技术因素、流通整合因素权重,发现技术因素运输和仓储等物流技术水平、主体因素中京东物流配送点的规模和数量,以及整合因素的电商园区的建设和发展情况是最为重要的因素。文章建议在加强京东电商物流的基础设施建设、扩大农村电商的规模和数量、提升京东物流自身的发展程度方面,进一步完善京东宿迁农村电商物流流通体系。To leverage JD’s rural e-commerce logistics system in Suqian to support rural revitalization in the area,this paper examines key factors influencing the system using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).The analysis identifies the weight of factors related to circulation environment,carriers,main entities,technology,and integration.Findings show that logistics technology levels—such as transportation and warehousing—are critical,as are the scale and number of JD logistics distribution points,and the development of e-commerce parks.The paper suggests strengthening JD’s logistics infrastructure,expanding the scale and quantity of rural e-commerce,and further developing JD’s logistics capabilities to enhance Suqian’s rural e-commerce logistics system.
