摘　　要：本文针对贵州省在现代化建设过程中的生产经济绿色转型与循环发展模式进行了深入探讨。首先回顾了贵州省经济发展的历史,分析了当前的经济结构及所面临的环境与经济挑战,探讨了绿色转型的理论基础和国内外的实践模式,提出适合贵州省的绿色转型策略。在此基础上,本文进一步分析了贵州省在实施绿色政策和企业绿色转型中存在的主要问题,并从政府和企业两个层面提出了具体的政策建议和未来展望,旨在为贵州省及其他地区的绿色转型提供理论与实际参考。This paper conducts an in-depth exploration of the green transformation and circular development model of the production economy in Guizhou Province during its modernization process.It begins by reviewing the historical context of economic development in Guizhou,analyzing the current economic structure and the environmental and economic challenges faced.The paper discusses the theoretical foundations of green transformation and examines domestic and international practical models,proposing strategies tailored for Guizhou’s green transition.Building on this,it further analyzes the main issues encountered in the implementation of green policies and corporate green transformation in Guizhou,offering specific policy recommendations and future prospects from both government and enterprise perspectives.The aim is to provide theoretical and practical references for the green transformation of Guizhou and other regions.
