摘 要:为探讨活性酵母对冷季泌乳牦牛产奶量、乳成分及血液指标的影响,试验将16头泌乳牦牛随机分为两组,分别为对照组和活性酵母组(80 g/头·d),试验期为6周。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,活性酵母组第18天产奶量提高了0.45 kg(P <0.05);35天乳蛋白率、乳脂肪率及乳糖率分别提高了0.68、0.49、0.11个百分点(P <0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,活性酵母组第18天血液葡萄糖(GLU)含量提高了0.26 mmol/L(P <0.01);第35天白蛋白(ALB)和甘油三酯(TG)含量分别提高了4.34 g/L(P <0.01)和0.08 mmol/L(P <0.05),尿素氮(UN)含量降低了0.55 mmol/L(P <0.01)。(3)与对照组相比,活性酵母组第18天免疫球蛋白G(Ig G)、第35天免疫球蛋白A(Ig A)和试验全程免疫球蛋白M(IgM)含量分别提高了1.26 pg/mL(P <0.05)、0.04 g/L(P <0.05)和0.23 g/L(P <0.01)。结果表明,活性酵母可通过调控瘤胃内环境和微生物区系结构,提高饲粮能量、蛋白质等营养物质消化率及利用率,进而提高机体免疫力并改善泌乳性能及乳成分。To investigate the effects of active yeast on milk yield,milk composition and blood indexes of cold lactating yaks,16 lactating yaks were randomly divided into two groups:control group and active yeast group(80 g/head·d).The experiment lasted for 6 weeks.The results showed as follows:(1) Compared with the control group,the milk yield in active yeast group on day 18 was increased by 0.45 kg(P < 0.05),and the percentage of milk protein,milk fat and milk sugar on day 35 were increased by 0.68,0.49,0.11 percentage points,respectively(P < 0.05).(2) Compared with the control group,blood glucose(GLU) content in active yeast group was increased by 0.26 mmol/L(P < 0.01).On day 35,albumin(ALB) and triglyceride(TG)levels were increased by 4.34 g/L(P < 0.01) and 0.08 mmol/L(P < 0.05),respectively,and urea nitrogen(UN) content decreased by 0.55 mmol/L(P < 0.01).(3) Compared with the control group,in active yeast group,immune globulin G(IgG) content on day 18,immuneglobulin A(IgA) content and immuneglobulin M(IgM) content on day 35 were increased by 1.26 pg/mL(P < 0.05),0.04 g/L(P < 0.05) and 0.23 g/L(P <0.01),respectively.The results indicated that active yeast could improve the digestibility and utilization of dietary nutrients such as energy and protein by regulating rumen environment and microflora structure,thereby improving the body immunity and improving lactation performance and milk composition.
