摘 要:为探究补中益气散和黄芪多糖对乌苏里貉肠道菌群的影响,试验选用日龄及体重相近的健康乌苏里貉60只,公母各30只,随机均分为对照组、金霉素组(A组)、黄芪多糖组(B组)、0.5%补中益气散组(C组)、1%补中益气散组(D组),共5组。本次试验周期为150 d,试验期结束后,取盲肠处粪便进行微生物菌群多样性分析。结果显示:从试验所选的粪便样品中检测到有效序列642600条,操作分类单元(OTU)10921个,分属于8个门中的20个纲、11个目、12个科、17个属(相对丰度>0.1);相较于对照组,四个试验组的乌苏里貉粪便中菌群ACE(Abundance-based Coverage Estimator)指数分别降低13.9%、11.7%、9.1%、13.7%,Chao1(Chao1 richness)指数分别下降13.9%、12.6%、9.4%、15%(P<0.05);B组的Simpson指数(Simpson index)增加107.1%(P<0.05);黄芪多糖和补中益气散5种生物分类单位水平上均有降低菌群丰富度和多样性的趋势。在貉日粮中添加补中益气散和黄芪多糖可促进有益菌增殖,抑制潜在病原菌生长。The aim of this study was to explore the effects of Buzhong Yiqi powder and astragalus polysaccharides on the intestinal flora of raccoon dogs.Sixty healthy Wusuli raccoon dogs of similar age and weight,30 males and 30 females,were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,aureomycin group(group A),astragalus polysaccharide group(group B),0.5% Buzhong Yiqi powder group(group C),and 1%Buzhong Yiqi powder group(group D).The test period was 150 days.After the end of the test period,the faeces of the cecum were taken for microbial diversity analysis.The results showed that 642600 effector sequences were detected in fecal samples,and 10921 operational taxonomic units(OTUs) were detected,belonging to 20 classes,11 orders,12 families and 17 genera in 8 phyla(relative abundance>0.1);Compared with the control group,the ACE(absence based coverage estimator) index in the feces of raccoon dogs in the four experimental groups decreased by 13.9%,11.7%,9.1%,13.7%(P < 0.05),respectively,while the Chao1(Chao1 richness) index decreased by 13.9%,12.6%,9.4% and 15%(P < 0.05);The Simpson index of group B increased by 107.1%(P < 0.05).Astragalus polysaccharides and Buzhong Yiqi powder had a trend of reducing the richness and diversity of bacterial communities at the level of five biological classification units.Adding Buzhong Yiqi powder and astragalus polysaccharide to raccoon dog diet could promote the proliferation of beneficial bacteria and inhibit the growth of potential pathogens.
