摘 要:在国家法规对汽车能耗要求越来越严格的大背景下,EGR作为降能耗重要手段得到越来越多的应用。对冷凝发生的原理,冷凝水液体形态,中冷器冷凝,EGR Cooler冷凝,压气机入口冷凝区域对发动机性能的影响进行研究。在低温环境,低歧管温度下稳态、瞬态及常温大湿度下工况的验证,总结了冷凝水进入发动机对燃烧速度和稳定性的影响,找到了在低环境温度、低进气歧管温度条件下最优的EGR率。In the context of increasingly strict national regulations on automotive energy consumption,Exhaust Gas Recirculation(EGR) is becoming an increasingly important tool for reducing energy consumption.The studies on the principles of condensation,the liquid state of condensed water,and the impact of condensation in the intercooler,EGR cooler,and compressor inlet on engine performance are introduced.The study carried out working condition validations in the steady state and transient state under low environmental temperature and low manifold temperature,and high-humidity conditions under normal environmental temperature,and summarizes the impact of the intake of condensed water on combustion speed and stability.The study also identifies the optimal EGR rate under conditions of low environmental temperature and low intake manifold temperature.
