摘　　要：介绍了某摩托车发动机曲轴箱喷机油的分析及解决方案,首先对曲轴箱喷机油的原因进行了相关检查,通过调整活塞顶环的结构和弹力进行模拟分析,确定活塞顶环优化方案,台架以及整车试验验证曲轴箱窜气量大幅度降低,解决了该机曲轴箱喷机油问题。This paper introduces the analysis and solution of crankcase oil injection of a motorcycle engine.Firstly,the reasons causing crankcase oil injection are checked.By adjusting the structure and elasticity of piston top ring,the optimization scheme of piston top ring is determined.The bench and vehicle tests verify that the crankcase gas channeling is greatly reduced,and the problem of crankcase oil injection is solved.
