摘  要:针对某发动机凸轮磨损问题,基于AVL EXCITE TIMING DRIVE(EXCITE TD)软件对原机配气机构进行建模,并优化其凸轮型线。在其它条件不变时,凸轮型线优化后,凸轮桃尖处最小曲率半径、丰满系数、最小弹簧裕度和最小润滑系数均增大,凸轮与挺柱最大接触应力减小,凸轮磨损问题得到了明显改善。To solve worse cam wear,the numerical simulation model of the engine valve train is established based on AVL EXCITE TIMING DRIVE(EXCITE TD) and the cam profile is optimized.With other conditions unchanged,the minimum curvature radius of the cam tip,fullness ratio of the valve lift curve,the minimum force factor and the minimum lubrication coefficient increase with the cam profile optimized,the contact stress between cam and tappet decreases obviously.With optimization of cam profile,the problem of cam wear ameliorates greatly.
