摘  要:汽轮发电机组作为电力系统的核心,其稳定运行对电网的安全稳定具有至关重要的作用。然而,振动问题一直是威胁汽轮发电机组健康运行的一大隐患,不仅影响机组的效率,而且极有可能导致重大设备故障。文章基于对汽轮发电机组振动故障的深入分析,探讨了振动监测与诊断技术,并结合故障诊断案例,明确了振动故障的治理技术。此外,还分享了故障治理的工程实践,并对振动故障治理的发展趋势和未来挑战进行了展望。通过文章的研究和讨论,旨在对汽轮发电机组振动故障的诊断与治理提供有益参考。As the core of the power system,the stable operation of the turbine generator set plays a vital role in the safety and stability of the power grid.However,the vibration problem has always been a hidden danger threatening the healthy operation of the turbine generator set,which not only affects the efficiency of the unit,but also may lead to major equipment failure.Based on the indepth analysis of the vibration fault of the turbine generator set,this paper discusses the vibration monitoring and diagnosis technology,vibration signal processing and analysis method,and defines the treatment technology of vibration fault combined with the fault diagnosis case.In addition,the engineering practice of fault management is shared,and the development trend and future challenges of vibration fault management are prospected.Through the research and discussion in this paper,the purpose is to provide a useful reference and guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the vibration fault of the turbine generator.
