摘 要:高压开关柜是配网中的重要电气设备,因受潮引起绝缘性能下降是开关柜常见的安全故障之一。传统的加热除湿方法由于开关柜内部空气流通性差,其热量无法快速扩散,导致加热效率低,除湿效果差。为此,提出一种带有除湿和散热功能的新型开关柜,在传统加热除湿原理的基础上,引入吸风机构,通过控制开关使加热器和吸风机构互相配合,可有效解决开关柜内由于加热装置产生的热湿空气淤积问题,并通过模拟试验论证了该方法可以提高除湿效率,提升装置的使用寿命。High voltage switchgear is a very important electrical equipment in the distribution network,and insulation performance degradation caused by moisture is one of the common safety faults of switchgear.Traditional heaters,due to poor air circulation inside the switchgear,cannot quickly dissipate heat,resulting in low heating efficiency and poor dehumidification effect.To this end,a new type of switchgear with dehumidification and heat dissipation functions is proposed.Based on the traditional heating and dehumidification principle,an suction mechanism is introduced.By controlling the switch to coordinate the heater and suction mechanism,the problem of thermal and humid air accumulation caused by the heating device in the switchgear can be effectively solved.Simulation experiments have demonstrated that this method can improve dehumidification efficiency and enhance the service life of the device.
