摘  要:文章对风电机组叶片梯级利用改造进行了研究,旨在通过叶片更换提升风电机组的发电性能。将原叶片替换为长度更长的新型定制化叶片,同时保持其他部件正常工作。为应对叶片增长带来的载荷增加,实施了变桨驱动系统升级和主控程序的优化。升级后的变桨电机及变频器能更好地支持长叶片的运行,而优化的主控程序实现了控制算法的升级,融入了主控降载技术,并与新型传感系统集成,以适应更严苛的运行环境。The"Wind Turbine Blade Cascade Utilization and Transformation Project"aims to improve the power generation performance of wind turbines through blade replacement.In the study,the original blades were replaced with new customized blades of longer length while maintaining the normal operation of other components.To cope with the increased load caused by blade growth,the project implemented an upgrade of the pitch drive system and optimization of the main control program.The upgraded pitch motor and frequency converter can better support the operation of long blades,while the optimized main control program realizes the upgrade of control algorithms,integrates main control load reduction technology,and integrates with new sensing systems to adapt to more stringent operating environments.
