摘  要:采用无模板剂水热法制备了Al配位可变和富含五配位铝(AlⅤ)物种的氧化铝载体(cf-Al_(2)O_(3)),以水为溶剂通过浸渍法制备了一系列Pt/cf-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,并研究了不同溶剂用量下Pt纳米颗粒在cf-Al_(2)O_(3)载体上的分布和落位及其对Pt/cf-Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂丙烷脱氢性能的影响。结果表明,溶剂可与cf-Al_(2)O_(3)载体上的AlⅤ发生作用导致载体Al配位环境重构,进而将Pt纳米颗粒包埋在载体内部;调控溶剂用量能有效控制cf-Al_(2)O_(3)载体表面Al配位环境的重构速率、Pt纳米颗粒粒径和包埋程度,进而获得高活性的丙烷脱氢催化剂。We firstly prepared alumina support(cf-Al_(2)O_(3))with flexible Al coordination and pentahedral Al(AlⅤ)-rich by a hydrothermal method in the absence of template agent,and then prepared a series of Pt/cf-Al_(2)O_(3)catalysts by using water as a solvent through an immersion method.Moreover,we studied the distribution and placement of Pt nanoparticles on cf-Al_(2)O_(3)support under different solvent dosages and its effect on propane dehydrogenation performance of Pt/cf-Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst.The results show that the solvent can interact with AlⅤon cf-Al_(2)O_(3)support,leading to reconstruction of the Al coordination environment and the encapsulation of Pt nanoparticles within the support.Adjusting the solvent dosage can effectively control the reconstruction rate of Al coordination environment on the surface of cf-Al_(2)O_(3)support,the size of Pt nanoparticles,and the embedding degree,facilitating the production of a highly active propane dehydrogenation catalyst.
