摘 要:能耗高是目前采用MBR工艺的城市污水处理厂面临的主要问题之一。为了实现节能降耗,昆山某污水处理厂采取了一系列优化措施,分别对空气系统、输送系统及混合系统高能耗设备开展了节能改造。结果显示,曝气风机改造重置后能耗下降0.08~0.09 kW·h/m^(3),膜擦洗风机置换后节省电量570 kW·h/d,潜水搅拌器改造重置后单位容积能耗最高下降12.28 W/m^(3),产水泵置换后实现节电量69 kW·h/d。膜置换后吨水电耗可下降0.029 kW·h/m^(3),节省电费约16.4万元/a(占全厂电费的6.27%),节省药剂费23.95万元/a,挽回水费损失57.8万元/a。High energy consumption is one of the main problems faced by municipal sewage treatment plants using MBR process.In order to save energy and reduce consumption,a sewage treatment plant in Kunshan has taken a series of optimization measures,including energy saving technical reform for high energy consumption equipment of air system,conveying system and mixing system respectively.The results show that after technical transformation and replacement,energy consumption of the aeration blower decreased by 0.08-0.09 kW·h/m^(3),the electricity consumption of the membrane scrub fan was saved by 570 kW·h/d,the energy consumption per unit volume of the submersible mixer was reduced by 12.28 W/m^(3),and the electricity of the production water pump was saved by 69 kW·h/d.After membrane replacement,the power consumption can be reduced by 0.029 kW·h/m^(3),saving about 164000 yuan per year of electricity which accounts for 6.27%of the whole plant’s electricity cost,saving 239500 yuan per year of chemical and 578000 yuan per year of water cost loss.
