摘 要:稀土复合钇锆陶瓷材料中测定氧化铝时,由于氧化铝存在的形态不同,无法用常规酸消解完全,因此无法准确定量氧化铝的含量。分别采用硝酸-氢氟酸-微波消解法、硫酸-硫酸铵消解法以及硼酸-碳酸钠消解法消解样品,于电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪上测试其含量。采用三种消解方法分别测定三个实际样品中氧化铝的含量,结果表明,硼酸-碳酸钠碱熔法可以将样品消解完全,检出限为0.009%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.72%~3.90%,加标回收率为98.4%~101.4%,该方法有良好的精密度和准确性,可用于稀土复合钇锆陶瓷材料中氧化铝的测定。Alumina can not be completely digested by conventional acid in the determination of alumina in rare earth/yttrium zirconium composite ceramic materials due to the different forms of alumina,therefore the content of alumina cannot be accurately quantified.The samples were digested by nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid-microwave,sulfuric acid-ammonium sulfate and sodium carbonate-boric acid digestion,and their contents were measured by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer.According to the above three digestion methods,the content of alumina in three actual samples was determined.The results showed that the samples can be completely digested by the sodium carbonate-borate alkaline melting method,and the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=11)are 0.72%~3.90%and the recoveries are 98.4%~101.4%.The method has good precision and accuracy,and thus can be used for the determination of alumina in rare earth/yttrium zirconium composite ceramic materials.
