摘  要:对异丙基苯乙酮是一种常见的食品添加剂,以乙酸酐和异丙苯为原料、无水氯化铝作为催化剂合成对异丙基苯乙酮,n(乙酸酐)∶n(无水氯化铝)∶n(异丙苯)=1∶1.8∶4,回流温度100~110℃,回流时间为60 min,碎冰为猝灭剂,乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,产物异丙基苯乙酮产率最大值为58.2%,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振^(1)H谱和^(13)C谱、质谱对产物对异丙基苯乙酮进行了表征。此合成路线简便、实验操作简单、产品纯度高、成本低。p-Isopropyl acetophenone is a common food additive.p-Isopropyl acetophenone was synthesized by using isopropyl benzene and acetic anhydride as raw materials and anhydrous aluminum chloride as catalyst,the molar ratio of acetic anhydride,anhydrous aluminum chloride and isopropyl benzene was 1∶1.8∶4,the reflux temperature was 100~110℃,the reflux time was 60 min,the crushed ice was used as quench agent,and ethyl acetate was used as extraction agent.The maximum yield was 58.2%.The structure of product was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.The synthetic route and experimental operation are simple,the product purity is high,and the cost is low.
