摘  要:介绍一个综合实验——SiO_(2)@NiO核壳材料的制备、结构表征和SiO_(2)@NiO核壳材料对亚甲基蓝(MB)吸附性能的研究。实验结合共沉淀法、水热法和热解法制备了SiO_(2)@NiO核壳材料,借助热重分析(TGA)、X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等仪器对材料进行了结构表征,并利用紫外分光光度计(UV-Vis)测其对亚甲基蓝的吸附性能,并分析其吸附机理。通过该实验的设计与实施,使学生在掌握基本实验技能的同时,能够结合基础理论知识解释实验原理和分析实验现象,进一步提升学生的科学研究思维和综合运用知识的能力。A comprehensive experiment is introduced——the preparation and structural characterization of SiO_(2)@NiO core-shell material and the adsorption studies on methyl blue(MB).The SiO_(2)@NiO core-shell materials were prepared by a combination of co-precipitation,hydrothermal and high-temperature calcination methods.The materials were characterized by Thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),Scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),et al.The experiment of adsorption of methylene blue was measured by UV/Vis spectroscopy for the discussion on the degradation of MB.Through the design and implementation of this experiment,while mastering basic experimental skills,students can combine basic theoretical knowledge for explaining experimental principles and analyzing experimental phenomena,and further improving students’scientific research thinking and ability to comprehensively apply knowledge.
