瑞典军队应对重大传染病疫情的实践与模式探析

摘　　要：目的 探究瑞典军队应对重大传染病疫情的实践和模式,以期参考借鉴。方法 通过文献研究法,查阅中外学术论文、官方法规文件、新闻报道等,探索瑞典军队应对重大传染病疫情的实践与模式。结果 瑞典军队采取应急准备、疫情监测、医疗支援、物资保障、场所支持等实践方式,依托国际合作、全面防御医疗模式为瑞典军队应对重大传染病要求提供必要医疗护理所需举措,保障了瑞典公民健康与社会整体稳定。结论 借鉴瑞典军队在应对重大传染病方面的处置实践与模式经验,可从加强科技信息共享,提高疫情防控效率;加强人员专业培训,提高防控意识与技能;加强国际交流合作,共筑人类健康共同体等方面着手,不断提升军队应对重大传染病疫情及其他公共应急事件的能力,以期军队为维护国家安全和人民健康作出更大的贡献。Objective TO explore the practices and models of the Swedish Aemed Forces in responding to major infectious disease outbreaks,in order to provide reference and inspiration.Methods By using literature research methods and reviewing academic papers,official regulatory documents,and news reports from both domestic and foreign sources,this study explores the practices and models of the Swedish Aemed Forces in responding to major infectious disease outbreaks.Results The Swedish Aemed Forces has implemented emergency preparedness,epidemic monitoring,medical support,logistical support,and site support as practical measures.They have relied on international cooperation and a comprehensive defense medical model to provide necessary medical care in response to major infectious disease requirements,ensuring the health of Swedish citizens and overall societal stability.Conclusion Drawing on the experience and models of the Swedish Aemed Forces in dealing with major infectious diseases,we can strengthen the sharing of scientific and technological information to improve the efficiency of epidemic prevention and control;Strengthen personnel professional training,improve prevention and control awareness and skills;We will strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,jointly build a community of human health,and continuously enhance the ability of the Chinese military to respond to major infectious disease epidemics and other public emergency events,so that the military can make greater contributions to maintaining national security and people's health.
