心理复原力对意外蝮蛇咬伤患者疾病感知与创伤后成长的中介作用

摘　　要：目的 调查意外蝮蛇咬伤患者心理复原力、疾病感知及创伤后成长的现状,并分析前者对后两者间的中介效应。方法 抽取2021年7月—2023年10月安徽医科大学附属安庆第一人民医院收治的100例蝮蛇咬伤患者为研究对象,采用创伤后成长评定量表、简易疾病感知问卷和心理复原力量表进行测评。采用Pearson相关分析心理复原力、疾病感知、创伤后成长之间的相关性,并构建结构方程模型(SEM)进行中介效应检验。结果100例意外蝮蛇咬伤患者心理复原力评分(42.47±6.82)分、疾病感知评分(57.74±7.17)分、创伤后成长评分(74.25±7.36)分。创伤后成长与心理复原力之间均呈正相关性、与疾病感知呈负相关,疾病感知与心理复原力呈负相关(均P<0.05)。中介效应分析显示,心理复原力在疾病感知与创伤后成长中起中介作用,效应值为-0.316,占总效应的36.49%。结论 心理复原力在疾病感知与创伤后成长之间的中介效应成立,证实疾病感知可以通过调节心理复原力间接影响创伤后成长。ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of psychological resilience,disease perception and posttraumatic growth in patients with accidental pit viper bites,and to analyze the mediating effect of the former between the latter two.MethodsA sample of 100 patients with pit viper bites admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to October 2023 was taken for the study,and were assessed using the Psychological Resilience Scale,the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,and the Post-Traumatic Growth Rating Scale.Correlations between psychological resilience,illness perception,and posttraumatic growth were analyzed using Pearson's analysis,and structural equation modeling was constructed to test for mediating effects.ResultsPsychological resilience score(42.47±6.82),disease perception score(57.74±7.17),and post-traumatic growth score(74.25±7.36) in 100 patients with accidental pit viper bites.There was a positive correlation between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience,a negative correlation with perceived illness,and a negative correlation between perceived illness and psychological resilience(all P<0.05).Mediating effect analysis showed that psychological resilience played a mediating role in disease perception and posttraumatic growth.The effect value was-0.316,accounting for 36.49 % of the total effect.ConclusionThe mediating effect of psychological resilience between illness perception and posttraumatic growth was established,confirming that illness perception can indirectly influence posttraumatic growth by modulating psychological resilience.
