摘  要:咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)是一种常见的慢性呼吸道疾病,因临床症状不明显,常被误诊,导致发展为典型哮喘,因此其诊断和治疗一直是临床工作的重点。近年来,一氧化氮(NO)与嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)在CVA诊断中的研究较为广泛,具有一定的参考价值。呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)可以作为呼吸道炎症的指标。EOS是一种炎症细胞,其在呼吸道炎症过程中起着重要作用。因此,该文通过对FeNO与EOS在CVA诊断中的应用价值进行综述,以期为临床医生对CVA的诊断提供借鉴。Cough variant asthma(CVA) is a common chronic respiratory disease,which is often misdiagnosed and develops into typical asthma due to its unclear clinical symptoms.Therefore,its diagnosis and treatment have been the focus of clinical work.In recent years,the study of nitric oxide(NO) and eosinophils(EOS) in the diagnosis of CVA is relatively extensive,and has certain reference value.Fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) can be used as an indicator of respiratory inflammation.EOS is an inflammatory cell that plays an important role in the process of respiratory inflammation.Therefore,this paper summarizes the application value of FeNO and EOS in the diagnosis of CVA,hoping to provide reference for clinicians in the diagnosis of CVA.
