新时代中国图书馆人文精神探究

摘　　要：图书馆人文精神源远流长,不同时期有着不同的内涵,但目的都是为了更好满足人民群众对知识信息的需求。新时代中国图书馆人文精神既要坚持图书馆自由、平等、开放的公共精神,也要充分体现图书馆人文精神的继承性与时代性特征。因此,新时代中国图书馆人文精神建设必须立足新时代的特点和要求,要把“坚持正确的政治方向”“弘扬优秀传统文化”“创新服务方式”“以人民为中心”四个方面内容作为核心要义贯彻落实下去,为新时代图书馆事业发展注入新的精神动力。The humanistic spirit of libraries has a long history and has different connotations in different periods,but the goal is to better meet the needs of the people for knowledge and information.The humanistic spirit of Chinese libraries in the new era should not only adhere to the public spirit of library freedom,equality,and openness,but also fully reflect the inheritance and contemporary characteristics of the humanistic spirit of libraries.Therefore,the construction of humanistic spirit in Chinese libraries in the new era must be based on the characteristics and requirements of the new era,and the core principles of"adhering to the correct political direction","promoting excellent traditional culture","innovating service methods",and"putting the people at the center"should be implemented,injecting new spiritual impetus into the development of the library industry in the new era.
